Duotight Blowtie 2 Spunding Valve has been designed for simplicity and ease of putting together. If you want to control the pressure retained in a pressure vessel that is releasing pressure then the BlowTie Diaphram Spunding Valve is the tool for the job. The adjustment knob on the top of the unit makes it easy to increase and decrease the set pressure. This BlowTie unit can be easily dissassembled for cleaning using a phillips head screw driver. Designed to suit 5mm x 8mm Flexmaster Tubing Specifications: 1. Suits pressures 0-23psi (but with different guages the unit can go above 100psi) 2. Made from food grade acetal 3. Stainless screws 4. 8mm (5/16″) push on both sides Instructions: Use the yellow adjustment knob to control the pressure coming out of the pressure vessel. Clockwise is higher pressure and anticlockwise is lower pressure. We would recommend gassing a keg to a known pressure e.g. 15psi then attach your Blow Tie Kit to the keg and adjust to 10psi. NOTE: These small guages enable the regulator to be so compact however for more accurate pressures readings we recommend getting different guages to suit the pressure range you want to use. MPORTANT WARNING: Do not exceed gauge pressure. If you set a gauge pressure higher than the graduations on the gauge you can damage the gauge. (ie if you are using the 0-60psi gauge. Do not set pressure above 60psi or damage to the gauge may occur.
